Prices
We will endeavour to maintain all prices. However, certain products, especially those that contain precious metals, can fluctuate in price dramatically.
GST
GST is payable on all products at the rate ruling on the date of the invoice.
Descriptions
We give as much detail as is possible on all products and further details can be obtained from us promptly where necessary. Whilst we do not accept any liability for errors or omissions, our copywriters have done a good job to check this catalogue carefully. If there are any problems though, we will try our hardest to sort them out between us. We want you to come back.
Suitability
The suitability of any of the products shown in this catalogue is entirely at your discretion, as the purchaser must be the best judge for any particular application. However, in the unlikely event of there being a problem, we will try our hardest to find a speedy resolution to the benefit of all concerned. We want your continuing business!
Liability and Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed to be free from defect or faulty workmanship. We will promptly replace or repair, at our cost, any product which we consider is faulty and our limitation of liability is limited to the value of the product in question. Remember that some products such as temperature sensors are consumable items and may, depending on your process, have a limited life.
Product improvement
Product improvement is a continuing goal at TC Direct. We reserve the right to change, vary or alter the product specification without prior notification.
Returns
Due to the specific nature of our products some items may be non-returnable.
Delivery
We have a vast range of products Ex Stock for immediate delivery:
VIC, TAS = $20 (1 day)
NSW, ACT = $25 (1-2 days)
South QLD*, SA = $35 (1-3 days)
North QLD*, WA*, NT* = $60 (1-4 days)
*Some regions of QLD, WA and NT may incur higher freight charges. P&C charges to be agreed prior to despatch.
Payment
This can be arranged by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or alternatively by 30 days nett monthly account, which means that payment is due by the last day of the month following the month of delivery ie. between 30 and 60 days credit. Please don't abuse this privilege as we hate sending nasty letters!
Damage in transit or shortages
All our products are checked and packed with care, but if you do have a problem, call us as soon as you know, but no later than seven days following receipt of goods. We will look to resolve the problem to everyone's satisfaction.
Ownership
Goods remain our property until they are paid for in full.
