Q: How do you control product quality?
A: Every product is meticulously tested throughout. You can be confident in all of our in-house procedures from manufacturing and stocking, right through to order processing and despatch, as we are registered to ISO 9001.
Q: Can you make a custom sensor?
A: Yes, we can! It takes a few days longer, but we can make virtually any kind of temperature sensor. Our engineers are readily available to assist you. We have been manufacturing and supplying temperature measurement products for over 45 years and have a wealth of experience within the organisation. We can either talk through a problem with you or further technical advice can be emailed to you by return. Just call us.
Q: Do you have a minimum order value?
A: We have no minimum order value.
Q: What are your delivery costs?
A: Australian carriage charges start from just $20.00 per shipment but free for orders above $1000.00.
Q: How long will I have to wait for delivery?
A: We have a vast range of products ex stock and available for immediate, overnight delivery. If the item you require is not in stock, we can normally despatch within a matter of days. This excludes certain instrumentation which may take several weeks to ship.
Q: How do I start an account with you?
A: An account can instantly be opened for you, just give us a call or send an order through our website, let us do the work! Alternatively, you may also pay by Visa Credit, Visa Debit, AMEX or Mastercard. Prices stated exclude GST.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Most of our products are supplied with a no quibble guarantee. If you are unhappy with anything that we have supplied you, as long as they are returned within 14 days in the original packaging and are unused, we will give you full credit value for the goods. All we ask is that you pay the cost of returning the item. Please note, some items may be non-returnable. Contact us for more details.
Q: Do you supply ATEX/IECEx rated products?
A: Absolutely, but due to the technical nature of these products and the environment they are used in, they are not available ex-stock. More information can be found here: www.tc-atex.com
Q: Do you offer In-House or UKAS calibration?
A: We can offer both; we are fully equipped to offer both UKAS and In-House calibration in our world-renowned UK-based laboratory, contact us for more details.
