Heavy Duty Industrial Thermocouple
These sensors are available with thick wall protective sheaths in 316L or 310 Stainless Steel, Inconel 600® or Incoloy 800®. Typical temperature measurement applications include: furnaces (blast, carburising etc.), kilns, ovens, boilers, flues, cyanide/galvanising baths and general heat treatment applications. They are available in a variety of diameters and lengths.
Thermocouple types K, J, R or S
Sheath material: 316L Stainless Steel, 310 Stainless Steel, Inconel 600® or Incoloy 800® depending on thermocouple type selected
The maximum operating temperature of these sensors is shown in the order code boxes below
Sheath diameters: 12.7mm (1/2 in), 15.9mm (5/8 in) or 21.3mm (13/16in)
Terminated in an IP67 weatherproof die cast alloy head rated to 135ºC (not included in length)
100mm dia Cast Iron flanges as well as compression fittings are also available Note: Due to the fluctuating market price of platinum, prices may vary from time to time.
