Standard ‘Quick Connect’ Thermocouple Connectors

These ‘quick connect’ versions of our round pin standard connectors allow for the rapid connection of thermocouple sensors and extension or compensating cable to each other. Simply push in the wire and tighten the screw! The pins are polarised to avoid an incorrect connection and the connector body is additionally marked for polarity. They are rated for use between -50ºC and +210ºC.
  • Quick and easy ‘jab-in’ connection of thermocouple wires
  • Body: Thermoplastic compound rated -50ºC to +220ºC
  • Suitable for 0.2mm up to 2.0mm dia wire diameters
  • Color coded to ANSI MC96.1-1982
  • Dimensions: Plug 35x25x12.5mm (LxWxD) with 15mm long pins. Socket 35x25x12.5mm (LxWxD)
